Honey from August Apiary
At August Apiary, our raw honey is meticulously harvested in small, seasonal batches. We offer a selection of local varietals, including Black Locust, Wildflower, Linden, Sweet Clover, Sunflower, and Goldenrod. As we align with the natural bloom cycles, our availability and pricing may vary based on the specific harvest and bottle size (typically 1 lb, 1.5 lb, and 2 lb).
In addition, we provide creamed honey and two exciting varieties of hot honey: Hot Wildflower Honey and Hot Linden Honey.
